What they are doing

Doximity's annual report for the year ended 31 March 2026, filed 19 May 2026, names a Clinical AI Suite. Scribe listens during a visit and writes the note. Ask, formerly DoxGPT, answers a clinical question, including drug information, and can draft a prior authorization or a patient handout. Ask includes PeerCheck, a physician review of the generated answer. The report says more than 140 U.S. health systems have approved the suite and adopted it. The earnings release for the quarter ended 30 June 2026 says Ask queries grew more than 25 percent from the prior quarter, and that Ask was the top U.S.-based model on a benchmark called NOHARM. A benchmark is not a result from the clinic. The same release says workflow prescribers grew more than 30 percent from a year earlier. That count includes phone calls and faxes, not only the model.

Why the score

  • Reach 3 not 2: documentation and clinical answers are two uses in the suite.
  • Reach 3 not 4: they are one suite. Summarizing a fax does not add a function.
  • Weight 2 not 3: Scribe writes the note and Ask answers a question. The physician still decides. A rival with the same two tools would not have to change how medicine is practiced.
  • Proof 3 not 2: more than 140 health systems have adopted the suite, and the June quarter says Ask queries grew.
  • Proof 3 not 4: no time saved and no accuracy figure from the clinic. The benchmark is not that result.

What would move it next quarter: A time-saved or accuracy result on Scribe or Ask, in a filing. Another benchmark will not move this.
