Mako: 20 years, 2.5M+ procedures, 45 countries, commercial push on Mako RSP. Prophecy = patient-specific planning. 2.5M procedures is franchise proof, not AI proof. The rest of the call was cyber recovery, vascular backorder, bubucass. They did not narrate an AI stack. The 10-K adds Vocera-class virtual care and ops AI (hygiene).
